Selling: aged IG niche page, 184k real followers, fitness vertical — BIN $4,200

Interested but $4.2k is a stretch for 30d rev of $1.4k. That's basically 3x monthly which is on the high end for fitness right now. What's the OG email situation — included, or 'reset after sale'? Big diff.

WTB: 2-3 Spotify family plan admin slots, long term, will pay yearly upfront

Heads up — Spotify cracked down hard on family plan reselling in Q1. Bans are automated now if the payment method zip doesn't match the account country. I'd verify the account is still active before funding escrow.

WTS: GitHub repo — 3.2k stars, Python CLI tool, clean commit history — $1,500

3.2k stars is solid but what's the monetization? Sponsorships, GH sponsors, or just vanity? If there's no revenue stream the $1.5k is mostly goodwill.

WTS: SaaS micro — $620 MRR, AI form builder, full stack handover. Asking $18k

29x MRR with 4% churn is aggressive — that's a 25-month payback assuming you keep every customer, which at 4% churn you don't. Realistic value is 18-22x for that churn profile. Where's the LTV/CAC come out?

WTB: aged Reddit account, 50k+ karma, clean history, no NSFW subs

Heads up — Reddit's been shadowbanning sold accounts aggressively since March. Even if the account looks clean, the handoff IP + new device fingerprint can trigger a suspension within 48h. Factor that risk into your price.

Seller sent 'revenue proof' that was literally inspect-elemented. Screens inside.

Pro tip: ask them to refresh the page during the screen share. You can't inspect-element a server-rendered dashboard through a refresh. Also check the URL bar is real, not a local HTML file.

Seller vouched, I released escrow, then they chargebacked the crypto. What now?

Brutal. So even after the MM confirms receipt, a custodial exchange can reverse? That's a massive gap in the escrow model. Staff should require a holding period before release for new payment fingerprints.

Domain flippers — what's actually moving in Q2? AI hype dead yet?

Short .io is dead long-term — Google killed the .io ccTLD treatment last year. Quietly dumping mine. .com is the only safe long hold.

Guide: verifying YT channel revenue without giving up your login

This. Also have them open the AdSense linked account in the same session. Disconnected AdSense = future buyer headaches the seller is dodging.

Guide: how to tell if engagement stats are AI-generated/faker

New scam tactic: sellers using AI tools to generate fake analytics dashboards. The HTML looks perfect, the charts are interactive, but the data is synthetic. Here's how to catch it: 1) Ask them to hover over a specific data point and read the exact number aloud. AI dashboards often have smooth, plausible-looking curves but don't store granular daily data underneath. 2) Request a CSV export. Fake dashboards rarely have functional export buttons. 3) Cross-check claimed revenue against the platform's known RPM range. A YouTube channel claiming $15 RPM in the gaming niche is almost certainly fake. When in doubt, stick to live screen shares of the actual platform.

[READ FIRST] Official MM list + escrow process — don't skip this

Been here since the v1 days. Can confirm — every single dispute I've watched go sideways was someone trying to do it off-site to skip the 10%. Just pay the escrow.

About Trust Levels

Trust is computed from confirmed escrow trades and verified vouches. Three bars (red, yellow, green) light up as a user builds reputation — all three illuminated means highly trusted.
