  They got me. Email looked identical, logo and all. Entered my password, realized 5 seconds later. Changed it immediately + revoked sessions. Nothing stolen but close call.

  Technically yes, reselling seats violates their TOS. In practice, team invites are designed for external freelancers and clients — Canva doesn't police it unless someone reports abuse. I've been running this for 18 months, zero bans. Your call on risk tolerance.

  PSA: someone is impersonating staff MMs on Telegram — same avatar, diff handle

  Got hit by this group last week, lost a sub-$100 deposit. The impersonator was good — copied my actual MM's profile pic within 5 minutes of the trade opening. Lesson learned, never leaving the trade chat again.

  Logo commission TOS template — steal mine, save yourself a dispute

  After 300+ logo commissions here's the TOS I now require buyers to acknowledge in chat BEFORE escrow funds. Saved me probably 20 disputes: 1) 2 concept rounds + 2 revision rounds. Extra rounds billed at $40 each. 2) Watermarked previews only until escrow releases. 3) Source files (AI/PSD) delivered post-release, NOT before. 4) Commercial rights transfer on full payment; resale rights stay with me unless explicitly bought. 5) Refund only available before concepts are delivered. Feel free to copy-paste, just swap pricing for your own.
